Focus Fitness is proud to offer a
unique twist to small-group training. For those used to over-crowded classes,
our Workshops will give you a brand new experience. Following the principle that
personal attention and guidance is paramount to help you achieve your goals, we
keep our Workshops limited to only 3-5 people. Ranging from basic core to free
weights to spinning (and all topics in between), the Workshops are instructed
by our very own National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Fitness & Conditioning
Specialists who not only provide you with an in-depth understanding of what, why,
and how, but also assign personalized homework assignments to be completed in between
sessions. Your goals are our goals and we've developed these clinics for you to receive
results.

Our next round of Workshops are coming up fast! Starting in January, our next series will feature two
Workshops geared toward different fitness levels. For the toughened veterans we're hosting an intense, energy-charged, full
body-based Workshop: Pete's Olmypic Bootcamp. For those beginner to intermediate levels of fitness, we're hosting a Full-Body Free-Weights!
Workshops are 5-6 weeks in duration (except for Olympic Bootcamp),
and each session has only five (5) slots available. Deadlines for sign-up
are 1 week prior to the start of the Workshop. Keep reading for more details!

Think you're up for a challenge? Pete's Olympic Bootcamp is designed with fast-paced, energy-charged routines designed to take your mind and body
to the next level of fitness. This Workshop involves an intense combination of cardio, strength, and flexibility work via full body High Intensity
