The aim of the Focus staff is to
create a comprehensive and unified fitness plan that balances
the physical and mental aspects of health. We recognize
that today, people demand more results in less time. Our trainers
listen to members to understand their requirements.
Each individual plan starts with an assessment of your
goals in the
traditional areas of fitness (i.e. cardiovascular health,
strength, flexibility
and balance). We review your lifestyle activity level and
help you
determine realistic health and fitness goals.
All of our fitness professionals are highly skilled and
hold one or more degrees from the following certified organizations:
National Academy of Sports Medicine, International Sports
Sciences Association, and American College of Sports Medicine.
